We started small in 2010 - a handful of transactions, careful diligence, and long relationships with the people we worked for. In 2026 we formalised the practice as a Limited Liability Partnership, so the work we've been quietly doing for years now has a name on the door.
Our work sits across three pillars: selective residential and mixed-use development, independent advisory & brokerage, and ongoing property management. Alongside these, we partner with a small number of global developers to represent their projects to the right buyers in India.
Every project we take on carries our name - which means every project has to be worth carrying it. We say no more often than we say yes, and when we say yes we mean it.
